Yellow-green fennel seeds, good quality, clean, free from broken, dark-coloured and damaged seeds. Fennel seeds (Foeniculum vulgare) are considered a spice to be used in cooking to add flavour to our dishes and as ingredients in the home preparation of bread, crackers and breadsticks.
