Milk chocolate icing with excellent balance of milk and cocoa flavour. Excellent for chocolate fillings, couverture, artistic pieces. Zeylon milk chocolate, with a concentration of 36.5% cocoa, and a fat content of 34.1% a delicate caramel taste is used to create creams, filled chocolates, moulding, coating, decorative chocolate, but can also be successfully used for fondue.
